Two couples, united by their love for food and family, embarked on a journey that transformed their homemade meals into thriving businesses. Mr. Yap Hong Eng and his wife, Mrs. Betty Yap, were inspired by their six-year-old daughter, Skylar, who dreamed of a pizza shop. This led them to create Famiglia Panizza, a takeaway concept built around their signature dough, light and airy, and a range of mouth-watering pizzas and paninis. Mr. Andy Toh and Ms. Cheree Chew, on the other hand, began their venture with overnight oats, a healthy diet staple, which eventually evolved into Oatsome, a Korean-inspired dessert cafe and yogurt bar.
